Repeating Pullcord Alarms (30-Minute Reset Cycle)

Repeating Pullcord Alarms (30-Minute Reset Cycle)

We are receiving alarm signals from this location approximately every 30 minutes.

In most cases, repeated alarms occurring on a 30-minute cycle indicate that the pullcord has been removed from its wall mount or is not properly secured. On this system, pullcord devices are programmed to auto-reset every 30 minutes.

If the pullcord remains in the alarm condition after the auto-reset, the system will retransmit the alarm signal, resulting in repeated notifications until the device is properly restored.

Action Required:
Please inspect the pullcord device at the indicated location and ensure it is securely mounted and fully reset. Once the device is restored to normal condition, the repeated alarm signals should cease.

If assistance is needed locating the specific device or identifying the last alarm location, please contact our support team at 1-866-442-5050 Opt 2.
