Sounder Loop Short

A Sounder Loop Short indicates that you might have some faulty wiring from the alarm panel to the external siren or a fault in the alarm panel. This wiring or alarm panel fault requires a technician to attend and check the system. If the signal persists, please call during business hours to arrange a technician.

If you have wireless sounder then this signal can indicate that the batteries in the sounder are getting weak and need replacing.
